The Winston-Salem Carolina Club will host Tar Heel Night at NOMAD Farms, a sustainable farm operated by UNC alumni Mark & Dana Nicholson. Participants will enjoy dinner featuring grass-fed beef burgers sourced from NOMAD, and a tour of the farm. Come hear the Nicholsons’ fascinating story about the years they spent living on the Tibetan Plateau and their philosophy of “clean food” and stewardship of the earth. This is a fun and educational event for Tar Heel singles, couples, or families interested in food integrity and sustainable agriculture.
